Budget and Design Fee
Knowing your budget will be crucial to guiding you through the process.
It will allow us to tell you if what you are thinking is realistic within the budget. If it is not, we will be able to give you alternate options that fit your budget. We require a design fee of $750 which includes creating a physical design for an accurate proposal.
First Design Meeting
First, we discuss your vision for your property and the project specifically. You will want to describe any details you want in the final product as well as anything you dislike and do not want to see. This includes colors, specific plants, materials such as stone and pavers, etc. Lastly, it will be important for us to know if your property is heavily populated with deer, has standing water, or if the basement floods when it rains.
Second Design Meeting
Second, we will present you with the preliminary drawing for review and changes. In this meeting, you will want to make any changes to the design.
Third Design Meeting
Third, we will bring the final drawing and proposal for the installation of your project. We will review the final design, and if there are any changes at this time, there will be an additional $75 fee for each design session added.
